He implements strategic improvements and optimizations of Processes, Systems, platforms and technologies, focusing on process automation, error and cost reduction.
He has extensive experience in best practices implementation for IT departments, management of software development projects on Web and Mobile platforms. He also leads Implementation of ERPs, BI and Process Automation. He focuses on reducing operational time and cost while increasing effectiveness and productivity by aligning IT teams with the business side of the corporation.
