Jonathan worked for several world-class companies where he spearheaded the adoption of industry-leading standards and practices such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001. As an Analytics Engineer in a large technology company he consults and collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver outstanding results. In his former leading role at Deloitte he designed and implemented strategic systems, platforms, and technology enhancements.

Jonathan has a wealth of experience in event management solutions, site reliability engineering, application performance monitoring, and robotics technologies. He has demonstrated proficiency in machine learning algorithms, data visualization tools and business intelligence systems. These skills allow him to reduce complexity, cut operational time and cost, and increase effectiveness and productivity in cooperation with IT and development teams.
Credentials and Education
Summa Cum Laude honours Master's Degree in Database Technologies. He specialized in applying machine learning algorithms. Additionally, he earned the Data Mining Expert certification developing skills in CRISP-DM, exploratory methods, R programming, R Time Series ARIMA, R Big Data Analysis. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Central de Costa Rica and he earned the ISO 27001 Senior Lead Auditor certification from PECB.
